Who runs Skyline Index

Skyline Index is operated by Taskling LLC, a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) under licence number 2536539.01, at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Taskling LLC.

What the site is

Skyline Index shows figures built from Dubai Land Department and Dubai Data open data, our own aggregates of asking prices, and estimates made by our models. Asking prices are shown only as aggregates.

The site gives general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or valuation advice, and an estimate is not a valuation. For a mortgage, a sale contract or a dispute, use a RERA-certified valuer or another qualified professional.

We are not a real-estate broker. We do not buy, sell or let property, we do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and we do not take a share of any commission.

Accuracy

We take care with the figures, but open data can be late, incomplete or corrected later, and estimates can be wrong. The site is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always available. Check important figures with the official sources before you act on them.

Fair use

You may use the site for your own information and share links to it. You may not copy its data in bulk, scrape it with scripts or automated tools, resell or republish its figures as a dataset, try to get around its limits or security, or send false or abusive content through its forms.

We may block access that breaks these rules or harms the service.

E-mail sign-in

Some pages open after you confirm your e-mail address with a code we send. Keep your e-mail account safe: anyone who can read your codes can open what you bought on this site.

Paid products and refunds

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) before you pay and include 5% VAT. Stripe takes the payment, and a tax invoice reaches you by e-mail.

A report is digital content and opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. If its offer states an access period, such as 90 days, you can open it again during that period, and a PDF you saved stays yours. A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it in the billing portal; it then ends at the end of the period you paid for. Credits are used one at a time when you run a check, and they do not expire.

Because a report opens at once, it cannot be returned. If a report does not open or is faulty, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will fix it or refund it. When you cancel a subscription, the rest of the current period is not refunded. Credits that have been used are not refunded. This does not limit any right you have under UAE consumer law.

Brokers and other firms

When you ask to be contacted and agree to share your details, the firm that contacts you provides its own service under its own terms. We are not a party to any agreement between you and that firm and are not responsible for its service.

Our content and the open data

The site's design, texts, aggregates and estimates belong to Taskling LLC. Dubai Land Department and Dubai Data data are used under their open-data terms and credited on the pages that use them. The names and marks of other firms belong to their owners.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the site. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. A purchase stays under the terms in force when you made it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah decide any dispute.
